Team Spirit, great Weather and strong Performances

On 17 June, several SYSGO colleagues laced up their running shoes and joined the 17th Rostock Company Run. Together with over 1,000 teams from companies, organizations and institutions across the region, our colleagues became part of one of the largest team sporting events in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the North of Germany.

The event brought together runners from different categories, including apprentices, women's teams, men's teams and mixed teams. While competition was certainly part of the experience, the real focus was on teamwork, motivation and enjoying a great evening together.

The weather could not have been better. Under bright sunshine and with perfect running conditions, the atmosphere along the course was energetic and highly competitive. Colleagues cheered each other on, spectators created a fantastic backdrop, and every participant contributed to making the event a memorable experience.

Our SYSGO team, the Real-Time Runners, proudly represented the company in the men's category. In the 4 x 3.5 km relay race, the team achieved a finishing time of 1:09:14 hours, securing 215th place in their category. Our best runner even performed at 14:23 mins, great job!

While rankings and times are always exciting, the greatest success was the strong team spirit that could be felt throughout the evening. The event offered a wonderful opportunity to connect outside the office, challenge ourselves, support one another and celebrate our achievements together.

After crossing the finish line, everyone agreed on one thing: The Rostock Company Run is much more than a race. It is a chance to strengthen team bonds, create shared memories and enjoy the unique feeling of accomplishing something together.
